Visit https://console.run-odoo.com/register_client to register. After that, select the Odoo version, choose the region where you want your hosting to be located, select the number of Odoo workers you need, set your domain, and connect your git repositories. After these steps, you are all set.

The main differences lie in the cloud hosting infrastructure quality, redundancy, compliance and capabilities, such as memory, CPU, SSD, etc.
